Recruitment of English Language Instructors (Beijing)

Positions for full-time English instructors for the School of Foreign Languages and Literature at BNU (Beijing) for the academic year of 2023-2025 (from late-August 2023 to mid-July 2024, either one-year to 2024 or two-year contract to 2025). 招聘岗位：英语语言外籍教师（全职）

岗位信息如下/The specifications of the position are as follows:

课程/Courses:?Speaking (Public Speech, Debating, Practical Communication), Comprehensive Reading (Critical Reading & Writing), Writing (Academic writing, Creative writing), Western Culture, etc.;

周课时量/Workload:?12 teaching hours per week (one teaching hour equals 45 minutes), plus 2 office hours per week and other teaching related duties;

薪资和住宿/Salary & Accommodation:?

To be discussed based on the applicants’ prior educational background and workload at BNU. The total income includes three parts:

1) Basic salary (as shown on the?

contract);

2) International travel allowances?

(10000RMB per school year);

3) Free Apartment on campus will be?provided with necessary furniture and?home appliances.

岗位要求/Requirements:

Native speakers of English; TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred;

Applicants, except as stated below, must have teaching or relative full-time work experience of at least 2 years:

1)MA holders in liberal arts majors;

2)BA holders in Education/Linguistics?majors;

3)MA holders in other majors but with a?TESOL/TEFL certificate;
