About Marketing Insight Analyst:
1.By dissecting clients' needs, gain an in-depth understanding of their pain points in product innovation, brand strategy, marketing etc. Assist project leaders in constructing the project framework, sorting out the storyline, and writing reports, thereby helping clients clarify their research directions and make decisions.
2.Based on multi-source real-time big data (including social media, e-commerce, user review platforms, and customer interviews data), analyze and extract insights from the data according to clients' requirements. Take the lead in writing project reports and be responsible for the quality of the data used.
3.According to the existing project types and established methodologies, deeply explore the value of data, organize the ideas for reports, and optimize and enhance the content of the reports.
4.Maintain close contact with clients, answer their questions in real time. The research scope covers but is not limited to industry research, user research, brand evaluation, marketing effect evaluation, new product trends tracking, consumer user portraits, etc.
5.Other tasks assigned by superiors.
About You:
We hope our candidate is
1.A full-time undergraduate degree or above is required. Graduates from 985 or 211 universities in China, excellent overseas graduates from universities ranked within the QS100 are preferred.
2.Majors in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and Business Analysis are preferred.
3.Have a basic understanding of market insights and consumer behavior analysis, and possess a certain degree of interest and comprehension in this field, being sensitive to market trends. Work experience in social listening is preferred.
4.Have a strong ability to balance pressure, be able to adapt to the requirements of efficient and fast-paced clients’ needs and even challenges, endure high-intensity overtime during the strategy season, and have a good ability to learn and accept new technological developments and methodologies.
5.Possess excellent English by all means, English can be used as the working language.
6.Be familiar with various domestic social media platforms, understand basic research and analysis methods, have rigorous logical thinking, possess a certain degree of data processing ability, be proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
