Job Description
Support on Marquee event social execution
- Manage agency to deliver social content on quality and on time, including but not limited to Wechat Long Graphic/Redbook Post/Douyin Short video for 5 major marquee events.
- Support line manager on periodic summary report, including but not limited to data collection and social listening analysis, competitor social communication desktop research and industry social best practice.
- Support line manager on social calendar planning to integrate event communication cadence.
Support social execution for evergreen UBR channel symphony
- Work with cross team to deliver social execution of EC and trade campaigns including but not limited to 618/1111
- Support line manager to develop social content for MICE milestones and buyout event
- Support line manager to develop and initiate engagement program for key events, including but not limited to 4th year anniversary.
Support fans community building to develop UBR fan ecosystem
- Manage UGC content authorization process in social execution.
- Support line manager to establish a growing and solid UBR fan community. Leverage fan base to maximize brand buzz on key cadence, enrich UGC content and protect positive voice out in comment zone across whole year’s social communication
- Support line manager to develop at least 4 initiatives on fan building to retain and revive fan’s power to spread WOM for UBR
Manage UBR Weibo Social Account
- Manage Weibo official account to follow the practice
- Set-up KPI to track Weibo performance and sharing learning.
Support in administrative work of UBR social team
- Support in agency bidding process with administrative management
- Support in PO/PR management of social team
Qualification
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Strong learning agility is must
- Strong social copy development skill
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and understand the complexity of company
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Visibility to the marketing practice and high social sensitivity to the on-trend social tactic and fans operation
-- Basic skill in photo and video editing is preferred
- Must be a fan in theme park
-Preferably experience of operating official/personal social accounts (especially Redbook, Douyin and Wechat) and proven successful record/case in delivering high engagement performance
