负责北京环球度假区产品规划及产品设计,确保产品能够支撑业务的持续增长及用户体验的持续提升。
Responsible for Universal Beijing Resort product planning and design. Ensure Universal Beijing Resort guest facing product can support continuous business growth and user experience improvement.

? 负责与协助北京环球度假区官方移动应用,微信生态及阿里生态相关产品工作。
Assist the product leadership about digital experience vision, strategy and roadmap of Universal Beijing Resort including mobile App, WeChat/Alipay mini program and WeChat ecosystem related product.
? 对文旅行业有一定的了解,能够深入用户使用场景输出合理的产品方案并推动落地。
Partner with key stakeholders to develop digital product roadmaps and make product decisions via product research and consumer surveys. Be responsible for the product feature planning and requirement documentation.
? 与业务团队一道,探索新的业务机会,确保业务持续增长。
Work with business teams to explore new business opportunities. Ensure sustainable business growth.
? 与UI、技术、测试、运营等部门的紧密合作,确保产品准时、高质量上线
Drive the practice of solution identification for products and services with cross-functional partners to support the integration of projects across the portfolio. Identify frictions and ensure guests and team member experiences are seamless and integrated.
? 灵活运用产品开发方法,平衡产品方案与预算,与内外部合作推动端到端产品保质保量按时交付
Drive the end-to-end product delivery with internal and external partners with agile product development approaches to meet the schedule, budget and quality requirements.
? 与业务及数据团队紧密合作,修改及完善产品业务逻辑,提升用户体验,优化操作流程
Partner with the E-Commerce operation and digital analytics teams to iterate product features, continuously enhance digital guest experiences and achieve E-Commerce business results.
? 主导协同各团队,有效对接技术开发、测试、运营及用户,理解用户体验设计,实现产品开发管控、上线发布、运营方案实施、用户反馈跟进解决的完整闭环,对产品效果负责
Partner with IT about solution evaluations and product delivery of the digital guest journey. Act as the connection point of consumer/business partners and IT during the practice of production vision, release planning, product requirement/user stories composing, UX designs, product launch and iterations.

? 负责联动组内外部生态,与园区运营、零售、食品、娱乐、酒店、人力等职能部门及时沟通并收集反馈,准确把握游客需求并抽象转化为通用产品方案,推进产品商业转化,促进核心指标的增长
Partner with business stakeholders like operations, retail, food service, entertainment, hotel operation and human resource to define and implement seamless and integrated guest/team member experiences. Influence the business stakeholders to have end to end vision of the guest journey to avoid frictions and hurdles.
? 与相关团队密切合作,关注产品落地、测试、培训及优化,主动挖掘产品新方向,不断提升产品体验、行业竞争力
Support product implementation, testing, training and enhancements via close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in daily operations.

? 对国内数字产品行业情况、趋势及商业体系有足够了解
Demonstrated understanding of the Chinese digital industries, trends and eco-systems.
? 具有较强的战略思维和解决问题的能力,良好的产品调研能力,能够熟练开展行业调研,对用户需求有比较准确的把握,具备高效推动项目策划与实施的能力
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader vision and support Guest and business strategies.
? 具备较强的逻辑思维及分析能力,可整合各项数据来源(如市场营销、用户调研、行业数据等)并产出解决方案
Demonstrated analytical and technical skill set, with ability to synthesize and analyze product-related data across an array of sources (e.g. Marketing, Consumer Insights, Industrial Engineering, etc.), to evaluate product effectiveness.

Strong communication, illustration, design and presentation skills, with an ability to influence senior leadership by developing and clearly framing up options.

任职资格 – QUALIFICATIONS:
任职要求
EXPERIENCE:
? 本科及以上学历,3-5年C端产品工作经验,有数字电商产品经验的优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above. 3-5 years experiences in guest facing product. E-Commerce or digital marketing experience is preferred.
? 有旅游或娱乐行业产品经验优先
Travel or entertainment industries experiences preferred.
? 熟悉各种整合营销玩法,有相关产品策划落地经验的优先
Experience integrating marketing and experience technologies.
? 具备较强的数据分析,逻辑思考能力,善于分析问题并制定解决方案
Strong data analysis and logic thinking ability. Good at analyzing problems and implementing solutions.
? 具备项目管理能力,有大型项目策划和实施落地经验
Experience in project team leadership and large scale program planning and implementation.
? 有成功数字产品项目管理经验,参与并主导产品调研、策划、概念验证、用户体验、抽象转化、预算平衡及产品测试等完整产品链路及流程
Digital product management experiences, skills and methodologies like product research, planning, POC and prototype, epic and user story composing, agile product development approach, budget management and product testing.
? 良好的团队沟通能力和自驱态度,在复杂、多业务线、多部门的团队合作中能顺利推进项目发展
Strong background in stakeholder and partner management along with cross-functional collaboration.
? 优秀的分析、书面和口头沟通能力,能够简明扼要地解释复杂的概念
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply.

大学本科及以上学历
