174人关注The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market. During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.
Major Responsibilities
- As project lead, be responsible for leading Tbox development, mobile network integration, and relevant cutting-edge technologies integration to ensure vehicle connectivity.
- Lead data driven development of automotive connectivity product, as well as big-data-based product quality improvement and product optimization.
- Conduct marketing reseach (market insight, industry trend, competitor move), cutting-edge technology research (new technology envolution), and leverage the take-way within product design.
- 6 months working in current department, 6 months of international assignment in AG, 6 months of working in relevant other department.
Education / Degree
- Master’s degree in major of computer science, telecommunication, E/E, Software engineering.
Knowledge / Skills /Competences
- Be familiar with Tbox architecture and component (Modem, AP, MCU...), mobile network cutting-edg technologies (6G, NTN, MEC), and vehicle E/E architecture and internet communication technology (BT, WIFI, UWB, GNSS, V2X, CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SOMEIP, UDS).
- Be familiar with Telematics and infotainment system development process.
- Be familiar with normal Vector test and calibration toolchain: e.g. CANape, CANoe.
- Be familiar with product design tools: e.g. MindMaster, Axure, Sigmma…
- Being familiar with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
- Fluent English, German is a plus
- Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self-reflection
- Readiness for an international career
- Good PPT skill and presentation skill, as well as logical thinking and structuring expression
Experiences
- Overseas study experience.
- working experience in Tier1, or other international OEMs is a plus.
