JOB POSTING Use your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell BMS deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of BMS pro ducts by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting a s a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities ? Responsible for electronic design of new product and existing pro duct modification ? Performs architecture research, system analysis (include product cost structure analysis, technology analysis), design, fabrication and testing ? Design PWB with digital and analog Inputs and o utputs, create integrated micro controller (8/16 /32 b it) circuits with real time systems ? Designs microprocessor interface circuitry and provides tolerance analysis of electronic circuits. ? Carry out simulations on designs using Spice or similar software ? Work with sourcing team to setup supplier base for the electronic parts of engineering prototype and mass production (such as motor, power suppl y , etc..) YOU MUST HAVE ? Bachelors or above degree in Electronic En g ineering ? 5 years of experience in electronic product design . WE VALUE ? 5 years hardware design experience in designing high - volume , low - cost, electronic products ? Master or above degree in Electronic Engineering ? E xperience in designing high - volume, low - cost, ele ctronic products ? Familiar with MCU based control device ? Experience in s ensor design and application , It’s a plus if candidates have any experience in one or more of the following sensors, such as temperature, humidity, CO2, tVOC, PM2.5, light, noise, pressure and occupancy. ? Understanding of analog electronics ? E xperience and expertise with electronic design analysis tools (Spice, Mathcad etc.) and s tatistical m indset as well ? Good knowledge and experience of EMC ? Knowledge of agency regulation (CE, FCC, UL etc) ? Good English skills in both speaking and writing , good communication skills
