Job Responsibilities:
1.Pre-order sales support, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories
-Product introduction support, technical requirements clarification, technical solution communication;
-Technical solution preparation, quote creation, cost calculation;
-Comply with and execute internal quality control processes (Quality Gate etc.);
-Bidding documentation preparation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS) comments etc.
2.Order execution, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories
-Draft contract, quality control (Quality Gate etc.), release Order Processing Sheet (OPS);
-Transfer project to project management department.
3.Coordination between the various departments and the various factories;
4.Organization, provide a variety of training, improve the competence of team members, make the whole team grow healthily;
5.Responsible for daily work of the project engineering team, Other duties and work as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, HVAC or pharmaceutical area.
2.More than eight years of work experience.
3.Rich experience in the production and manufacturing of non-standard equipment, deep understanding of HVAC, GMP.
4.Working or study experience in a foreign culture is a plus.
5.Knowledge of relevant technical regulations standards and regulations (EG: GMP FDA)
6.Good communication skill and strong executive ability.
7.Good command of written and spoken English,German is a plus.
8. Confidence in dealing with customers.
9.Willingness to travel.
