职责 Duties
协助质量经理维护质量安全管理体系。
Assist the Quality Manager to maintain quality and safety management system.
获取、保存和发放现行有效的适航规章、质量安全标准和技术文件。
Obtain, maintain and release the current airworthiness regulations, quality and safety standards and technical documents.
收集和保管维修记录档案，建立避免水、火毁坏或者丢失和非法修改等管理制度，确保其在要求的期限内被安全保存。
Collect and maintain the maintenance records package, establish management system to avoid water, fire damage or loss and illegal tampering, and ensure that they are safely stored within the required period.
建立、实施和跟踪公司质量安全管理体系所需的各项质量安全活动的具体步骤和过程。
Establish, implement and follow up the specific steps and processes of various quality and safety activities required by HTACs quality and safety management system.
编制和修订公司培训大纲和相关工作程序。
Prepare and revise HTAC’s training program and related quality procedures.
制定培训计划，组织和安排培训，并对培训计划的执行情况进行跟踪。
Prepare training plan, organize and arrange training, and follow up the implementation of training plan.
