一、学院概况

北京大学深圳研究生院（简称北大深研院）成立于2001年，由北京大学和深圳市人民政府共同创办，经过二十四年发展，依托北大、立足深圳，逐步成为扎根深圳的北京大学研究型国际化校区，北京大学创建世界一流大学战略的重要组成部分。

二、招聘岗位和要求

（一）英语教师

1、招聘人数：1人

2、岗位职责：主要承担研究生英语教学和留学生对外汉语教学任务；参与学院的建设工作，承担部分行政和学生管理工作等。

3、岗位要求：

【教学副教授】

（1）具有良好的思想政治素质和道德品质、学术道德和职业精神。

（2）国内外知名大学英语语言文学、翻译学或相关专业毕业，具有应用语言学背景者优先。

（3）具有博士学位，具有副教授职称。

（4）具有坚实的理论基础和系统的专业知识与技能，有丰富教学经验者优先。

2、岗位职责：主要承担研究生英语教学，和语言中心（language center）相关工作；参与学院的一些行政工作。

3、岗位要求：

（1）?遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，符合来华工作许可要求；愿意遵守学校的各项规章制度，具有良好的道德品质、学术道德和职业精神。

（2） 母语为英语。具备纯正的英语发音和流利的表达能力。

（3） 专业为英语教育、语言学、文学、教育学或相关领域。

（4）?原则上需具有博士学位；具有硕士学位的需具有3年以上在中国从事语言教学工作的经验。深入了解英语国家文化、历史、社会习俗等，具备出色的听说读写能力，能够承担研究生综合英语、英语口语、英语听力、英语写作、英语阅读等课程教学。
